I just left the Victoria branch and had to leave a review! I met Kasia and Hari, and they were both absolutely wonderful. I’m extremely scared of blood and needles—they usually make me feel sick or pass out . Hari was so gentle and reassuring while taking my blood sample, and Kasia did an amazing job keeping me distracted and helping me stay calm throughout the whole process. It’s so refreshing to meet staff who are not only professional but also genuinely kind, caring, and committed to providing excellent customer service. They made what is usually a very stressful experience so much easier for me. Thank you both for your kindness and compassion. Because of the way I was treated today, I’ll definitely be recommending the Victoria branch to anyone I know who needs blood tests done!!!!!

Component Index

What Is Included?

This targeted panel analyzes serum concentrations of two essential vitamins that heavily dictate immune function and cellular energy.

Vitamin D (25-OH)

Vitamin D is essential for strong bones and teeth, as it aids in calcium absorption. It also plays a significant role in supporting your immune system, brain, and nervous system.

Bone Health
Immune System
Muscle Function
Clinical focus:
A deficiency in vitamin D can lead to bone disorders such as osteoporosis and has been linked to a higher risk of chronic diseases.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is vital for maintaining healthy nerve cells and producing DNA and red blood cells. It is also important for brain health and sustaining daily energy levels.

Energy Metabolism
Nerve Cells
DNA Production
Clinical focus:
A lack of vitamin B12 can result in fatigue, weakness, memory issues, and potentially severe neurological problems.

Understanding Your Nutritional Status

While focused on two key vitamins, this screen bridges critical gaps in nutritional understanding, especially for those on restricted diets or with limited sun exposure. Identifying a deficiency early allows you to correct your intake through diet or targeted supplementation before chronic symptoms develop. Adequate levels are fundamental to your body’s daily biological operations.

Pathology Reports

How To Read Your Laboratory Results

Your results will list your values alongside standard reference ranges. If a result falls outside the optimal range, it indicates a potential deficiency. Important: A single out-of-range value does not automatically indicate a severe medical problem, but rather points to an area requiring adjustment. Results must be assessed in conjunction with your medical history and clinical examination.

Results Timeline: Profile metrics are typically available within just 4 hours. Once your results are ready, they will be securely shared with you.
