I just left the Victoria branch and had to leave a review! I met Kasia and Hari, and they were both absolutely wonderful. I’m extremely scared of blood and needles—they usually make me feel sick or pass out . Hari was so gentle and reassuring while taking my blood sample, and Kasia did an amazing job keeping me distracted and helping me stay calm throughout the whole process. It’s so refreshing to meet staff who are not only professional but also genuinely kind, caring, and committed to providing excellent customer service. They made what is usually a very stressful experience so much easier for me. Thank you both for your kindness and compassion. Because of the way I was treated today, I’ll definitely be recommending the Victoria branch to anyone I know who needs blood tests done!!!!!

Paediatric Framework

Why Testing for Children Is Vital

Early Detection Matters

Young children may struggle to articulate symptoms. This profile acts as an early warning system to identify:

  • Underlying immune sensitivities
  • Potential causes for chronic skin issues
  • Reasons for recurring respiratory distress
  • Hidden dietary triggers affecting development

Immune System Development

Understanding a child’s IgE profile is vital as their immune system matures, helping to identify reactions to:

  • Environmental Allergens: Dust, dander, and pollen
  • Common Dietary Staples: Milk, egg, and soy
  • Fungal Exposure: Indoor and outdoor moulds
  • Common Proteins: Nuts and animal epithelia

Precision Care

Knowledge is the most effective tool in paediatric care. Our 30-allergen panel helps you:

  • Remove doubt from complex health scenarios
  • Implement targeted avoidance to reduce symptoms
  • Provide accurate history to your paediatrician
  • Proactively manage your child’s wellbeing

Interpreting Your Child’s Results

Your report will outline tested allergens, detected IgE levels, and whether a reaction falls into negative, low, moderate, or high bands. It is important to note that elevated IgE antibodies indicate sensitisation, but this must be correlated with your child’s medical history and current symptoms by a clinical professional.

Results Timeline: Reports are typically generated within 5 days and securely shared.
