I just left the Victoria branch and had to leave a review! I met Kasia and Hari, and they were both absolutely wonderful. I’m extremely scared of blood and needles—they usually make me feel sick or pass out . Hari was so gentle and reassuring while taking my blood sample, and Kasia did an amazing job keeping me distracted and helping me stay calm throughout the whole process. It’s so refreshing to meet staff who are not only professional but also genuinely kind, caring, and committed to providing excellent customer service. They made what is usually a very stressful experience so much easier for me. Thank you both for your kindness and compassion. Because of the way I was treated today, I’ll definitely be recommending the Victoria branch to anyone I know who needs blood tests done!!!!!

Your results will list your marker levels alongside established clinical reference ranges. If any marker is elevated, it will be clearly noted. Elevated tumor markers can occur for reasons other than cancer, and normal markers do not entirely rule it out. Results must always be assessed in conjunction with clinical examinations and imaging by a specialist.

Results Timeline: Profile metrics are typically available within 5 days. Once your results are ready, they will be securely shared with you.
