I just left the Victoria branch and had to leave a review! I met Kasia and Hari, and they were both absolutely wonderful. I’m extremely scared of blood and needles—they usually make me feel sick or pass out . Hari was so gentle and reassuring while taking my blood sample, and Kasia did an amazing job keeping me distracted and helping me stay calm throughout the whole process. It’s so refreshing to meet staff who are not only professional but also genuinely kind, caring, and committed to providing excellent customer service. They made what is usually a very stressful experience so much easier for me. Thank you both for your kindness and compassion. Because of the way I was treated today, I’ll definitely be recommending the Victoria branch to anyone I know who needs blood tests done!!!!!

How To Read Your Laboratory Results

Your results will list your values alongside standard reference ranges. If a result falls outside the range, it is noted for review. Important: A single out-of-range value does not automatically indicate a medical problem. Results must be assessed in conjunction with your medical history and clinical examination.

Results Timeline: Due to the advanced nature of these assays, profile metrics are typically available within 10 days. Once your results are ready, they will be securely shared with you.

Most Searched Online Questions About Advanced Autoimmunity

What are ENA antibodies?
Extractable Nuclear Antigens (ENA) are a group of autoantibodies in the blood that react with proteins in the cell nucleus. They help doctors distinguish between specific connective tissue diseases.
What do Complement C3 and C4 tests measure?
