That conviction led Dr George to incorporate Medical Diagnosis Ltd on 23 April 2006 and, in December 2021, Medical Diagnosis Victoria. In 2006 when Medical Diagnosis started operations in the United Kingdom the focus was on reference clinical pathology testing. This is also reflected on the Care Quality Commission license it holds since CQC was created. However, as the number of tests increased so did the enquiries for private blood testing. Even though NW10 is an excellent location for a laboratory with easy access from the North Circular Road and importantly free parking, it is not a shop front, with passing by traffic.
This limited our business prospects and made a central London location necessary. Medical Diagnosis Victoria is as central as it can be right on the border of congestion charge, and only a 5 minute walk from Victoria train station, one of the busiest train stations in the United Kingdom.
